At SoRoe, we are committed to delivering your garments with care and precision. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping and delivery policies.

Processing Time
All garments are made by hand in our studio. Each piece has an individual shipping time listed in the description, this is usually up to 5 working days. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments are sent
with a tracked service via An Post.
Ireland: €9 | Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days
Europe: €15 | Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Ireland, EU, and the rest of the world. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service for more details.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Issues
SoRoe is not responsible for any delays with packages once they are sent. If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipment carrier to resolve the issue. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
SoRoe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Returns
SoRoe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
