HOW TO MEASURE
Bust – With no bra on, wrap the measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape stays straight and level across your chest and back, and keep your body relaxed.
Waist – Locate your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso, and measure around it. Keep the tape comfortably snug and level all the way around, without pulling it too tight.
Hips – Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and bum. The tape should lie flat against your body and remain even across both front and back, without squeezing.
Shoulder to Shoulder – Measure across the front of your body from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other. Ensure the tape stays straight and horizontal, not drooping or pulled too tightly.
Upper Arm – Keeping your arm relaxed at your side, measure around the fullest part between your shoulder and elbow. The tape should wrap around evenly, fitting comfortably without pressing into your skin.
